Accounting
- Unable to post manual bill invoice.
- User unable to edit policy.
- Marketing - Removing LOB from package to make it monoline. Policy info
screen shows package total in premium.
- Receive Payment - Partial Payment that consumes residual can not be
removed prior to assign credit.
- Cannot process receive payments for clients with high volume of list
bill transactions.
- Creating a marketing header without an application shows NAN for the premium
even though the policy info shows zero.
- Audit invoice bill type does not match policy stage audit.
- Reconciliation - Transactions: When filtered for Personal, Commercial, etc. search
result displays multiples of invoices for package policies.

- When inactive cert id delivered - signature is lost.
- Typing a number on the Certificate ACCORD 27 and a "%" changes the amount to a
dollar amount.
- Error trying to email or view certificates - Out of Memory.
- Name Insured lookup not working on ACORD 25.
- Only 5 policies show on the screen when doing certificate renewal.

or description is too long.
- Delivery - If Policy is added to delivery it is
deleted after adding another section.
- Delivery - Due to user middle initial, can't see delivery history when clicking on the address book in delivery.

- Added conditional statement for form field in order to manage Hartford's

Home
- Expirations - After searching it says page 1 of 30. When you click
next it says page 2 of 34.
- Expiration on HOME level - Search filter results are that pages 1st
say 1 of 2, select next arrow, now says 2 of 15.
- Actions - Assignments change on actions when you open them. It happens on some
but not all actions. Doesn't matter if they are open or closed.
- Claims home screen export is exporting all assignments so it looks like there are
duplicates.
Log On
- Copyright date incorrect at sign on.
Marketing
- Actions - When moving a policy from marketing to in force the action does not follow
the policy if a migration needed.
- Using pre-fill for one app (i.e. 125) causes other apps in policy / package (the LOB
app for instance) to add with blank producer and applicant.
- Right click tool to market existing LOB populates incorrect policy term date.
Office Integration
- Increase allowed Outlook attachment size to 6 MB.
- Office Integration - Template disappears when Word performs an auto save.
- OI time out issue - Increasing again to 4 hours to match rest of system.
- When creating a document with a template, the user was unable
to delete text that was inside an "if" statement.
- Can't add carrier attachments.
- Setup - LOBs associated with last template created pull in to all existing templates.
- Bookmarks on opportunities attachments not working.
People Payables
- Paid invoices do not show up in a people reconciliation for the producer.
- People payables report - accounting issue.
Policy
- Additional Interest disappearing.
- User unable to print application or claim forms.
- Opportunities - If you add multiple LOB's they all pull in blank.
- Import schedule will remove records that have been deleted.
- The template link functionality to pre-fill data appears to be broken.
- When binder is aborted, coverage term does not return to what it
was previously.
- When selecting marketing policy on second policy selection for renewal, both LOB
apps are brought forth to the renewal (it should only bring a copy of the second
policy selected, which in this case is the marketing app. The first selection is only
for status and mode changes).
- Error renewing a policy and synchronizing the binder.
- User is trying to select policies for an endorsement but they are locked.
- Binder - Clicking on the details icon of the Coverages - Property section generates
an error.

Important Notification 
In Nexsure 1.91 system improvements were made to the security. Security has been drastically tightened. There may be cases when a session is interrupted and a message is displayed stating access was denied. Please report these messages promptly to Support at support.nexsure@xdti.com, so that we may address them as soon as possible.
Accounting
- General ledger transactions look-up is now available. This function provides general ledger detail information at the territory level. A general ledger number can be clicked on to view all
transactions that comprise the balance of the general ledger number for any given period. Link to topic
- List Bill - Increase the number of decimal places to 4.
Annotations
- When moving an opportunity policy to marketing a new system annotation has been added. An action is created showing that the marketing policy was created from an opportunity. The new system annotation cannot be removed in SETUP, however the annotation can be altered. Link to topic
Carrier
- Add paging to carrier commissions page.
Certificates
- The issue option will only be available on certificates that have been posted.
Once a certificate for a holder is issued, the holder information is uneditable – no modifications may be made.
Only certificates for holders that have been issued will be available for batch printing. Link to topic
Important: Certificates posted prior to the 1.91 release of Nexsure will not have any issued certificate holders attached (so that changes may still be made to the holders). The existing holders need to be issued prior to printing any certificates. The [Issue All] option can be used as a quick method to make all holders available for batch printing. Once the holders have been issued, they will no longer be open for modifications.
- Add certificate status field to export so that inactive certificates can be sorted out.
- On certificate holders summary , added a filter for certificate status.
- Add paging when adding certificates as attachments in delivery (resolves out of memory error).
- Forms that are named other than ACORD or Custom are not support the by current cert logic, therefore users will not be able to add the new LOB's to certificates or client specific forms.
Delivery
- On the DELIVERY > fax tab, the Message field can be altered with the Auto Wrap While Edit option. Select the Auto Wrap While Edit option to have the message text wrap during entry. Paragraph breaks entered will be preserved. The breaks added by Nexsure for wrapping purposes are distinguished by a proceeding
icon. These breaks are dynamic so when text is inserted or deleted they will be repositioned. The message is limited to 19 lines with 65 characters per line. Link to topic

Home
- On the Home > actions screen, the [Show] filter options now allow the selection of the number of records to be displayed on the screen. The Files Per Page field allows the selection of 5, 25, 50, or 100 records per page. Link to topic
- Home > Expiration > Export - Now provides two options: The [Export Primary] link exports policies from the summary screen for the primary assignment only. The [Export Result] link exports policies from the summary screen for all assignments associated to the policy.
Important: For performance purposes, a maximum of 5000 records may be exported at one time.
Interface (User)
- Along with other consistency updates, two commonly used dialog boxes have changed:
- On the HOME > ACTIONS >actions tab, when [Add New Action] is clicked the resulting
Action Items dialog box now has a Cancel button rather than a Close button. The buttons at the bottom of the dialog box have also been arranged differently.
- On the MARKETING > underwriting tab, when [Add Application] is clicked the resulting
New Application Selection dialog box has been updated so that the Next and Cancel buttons have been arranged differently.
Note: The order of the buttons has been applied consistently throughout Nexsure.
Office Integration
- The Category drop-down box on the template setup screen can be
changed now at any time to have the ability to re-categorize templates.
- Two new enhancements are available when creating templates:
- A save feature is now available to allow saving a template without closing the template. Once the document is saved it is stored in the summary view. The saved version remains until a new version is again saved. Link to topic
- The Drop Div button is now available in the Word > Nexsure toolbar. This option gives the ability to move blocks of text in the template. Link to topic
- A new template
Category and three new templates are available when creating attachments for documents with templates. These may be used as attachments to binders and certificates:
- ACORD 127, XDTI Commercial Vehicle Schedule with Additional Interests, for any state. The new template is for use with the Auto - Commercial line of business. The template can be used on marketing or in force policies. Link to topic
- ACORD 146, XDTI Equipment Schedule with Additional Interests. The new template is for use with the Equipment Floater line of business. The template can be used on marketing or in force policies. Link to topic
- ACORD 140, XDTI Commercial Property Schedule with Additional Interests. The new template is for use with the Property - Commercial line of business. The template can be used on marketing or in force policies. Link to topic
- Alphabetize list of template selections when creating new
document.
- Add mask for client assignment phone numbers.
- Outlook Contact synchronization has been updated to include the contact's phone and fax numbers. The Outlook Contact synchronization has also been enhanced so that it is synchronized by user (rather than by client contact). Link to topic
Policy
- On the policy summary screen, a
dialog box displays when no records are found. This dialog box has been updated to include a new option to reset the search filter on the policy summary screen. Link to topic
- Complete carrier names are often extremely lengthy. Carriers also have multiple issuing and billing names, many almost identical to one another, save a word or two at the end. In order to select the correct carrier the entire carrier name is now viewable in the policy header. This includes the policy header on the marketing, opportunity and policy screens. Link to topic
- In order to preserve the integrity of the binders and to prevent any errors or omissions functions have been added so that an issued binder is more secure. Link to topic
- Have import schedule remove records that have been deleted.

- Accounts Receivable Reconciliation report includes updated layout and report criteria. This report is now designed to strictly support reconciliation rather than general ledger balancing. Link to topic
- Aged Accounts Receivable Details report has been updated to allow for exporting to one line in an unformatted Excel® spreadsheet. The new unformatted Excel version of the report is more easily sorted. Link to topic

- Balance Sheet Details and Summary reports layouts were modified to conform to global accounting practices standards. The content of these reports was not changed. Link to topic
- Carrier Payables Details report has been streamlined to remove selections and fields that are unnecessary to balance the mandatory general ledger account for carrier payables. Link to topic
- Carrier Payables Reconciliation report has been updated to streamlined be used solely as a reconciliation report. All information has been arranged on one line for export to XLS (Unformatted) report. Link to topic
- Customer Statement Top Perforation report is a new report. This report was created so that agencies will have a more comprehensive statement. Agencies can also use their own preprinted letterhead for this statement. Link to topic
